This website is operated by DIGI Print Online. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DIGI Print Online, ABN: 45 593 686 697.

1. Privacy Policy and Returns Policy

As part of these Website Terms of Use, your use of this site is also subject to our Privacy Policy (located at https://www.digiprint.com.au/policies/privacy-policy) and our Refund Policy (located at https://www.digiprint.com.au/policies/refund-policy), which are incorporated by reference into these Website Terms of Use.

2. Order Placement and Acceptance

By submitting an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed all order details, including uploaded files, quantities, specifications, and product previews before placing your order.
  • Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified, amended, or cancelled.

    All orders are subject to acceptance by DIGI Print Online. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and acting reasonably, to accept, decline, or partially fulfil any order for any lawful reason.

    By placing an order, you agree to pay:

    • The total product price displayed and confirmed at checkout; and
    • Any applicable shipping, delivery, handling, or processing charges.

    3. Customer Content

    You are solely responsible for all files, images, text, artwork, and other materials submitted to us ("Content").

    Before submitting your order, you should carefully review all Content, including spelling, layout, formatting, image quality, and any other details. DIGI Print Online does not undertake proofreading or content verification.

    We recommend that you retain backup copies of all Content submitted through the website.

    To facilitate reordering and online access, submitted Content may be stored on our systems for up to one (1) month following order completion. After this period, Content may be permanently deleted without notice. DIGI Print Online is not liable for any loss of Content resulting from such deletion.

    By uploading Content, you warrant and represent that:

    • You own all necessary intellectual property rights in the Content; or
    • You have obtained all required licences, permissions, and authorisations to reproduce, print, distribute, and use the Content for the purposes of fulfilling your order.

    4. Prohibited Content

    You must not submit any Content that:

    • Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any person
    • Is unlawful, misleading, threatening, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, or offensive;
    • Contains obscene, vulgar, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate material;
    • Encourages illegal activity or conduct that may give rise to criminal or civil liability; or
    • Violates any applicable law, regulation, industry code, or government requirement.

    DIGI Print Online reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order containing Content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or applicable laws.

    5. Printing Specifications

    By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • All images and artwork are printed proportionally to fit the selected print size while maintaining the original aspect ratio.
    • DIGI Print Online does not provide full-bleed printing. Unless otherwise stated, printed products may include a white border around the edges.
    • Orders are processed through an automated production system. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all product specifications, quantities, finishes, and options selected during checkout are correct.

    DIGI Print Online is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

    6. Right to Refuse Production

    DIGI Print Online reserves the right to refuse to print, produce, or fulfil any order that, in our reasonable opinion:

    • May breach any Australian law, regulation, or industry standard;
    • Contains sexually explicit material;
    • Invades the privacy rights of any person;
    • Is offensive, abusive, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate; or
    • Could expose DIGI Print Online to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

    Where required by law, DIGI Print Online may report suspected unlawful material, including content relating to child exploitation, animal cruelty, or other criminal conduct, to the appropriate authorities.

    7. Privacy and Personal Information

    To process your order, we may collect personal information including:

    • Name;
    • Email address;
    • Billing and delivery addresses;
    • Telephone number; and
    • Delivery instructions provided by you.

    We use this information to:

    • Process and fulfil your orders;
    • Communicate order updates and delivery information;
    • Provide customer support; and
    • Contact you regarding future services, promotions, or order-related matters where permitted by law.

    By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for these purposes.

    To fulfil your order, we may disclose relevant information to third-party suppliers, printing partners, couriers, and logistics providers. We will only share information reasonably necessary to provide the requested services.

    8. Secure Online Payments

    Payments made through our website are processed via Shopify's secure payment platform.

    All payment transactions are subject to Shopify's own terms, conditions, and privacy practices. Further information can be found on Shopify's website.

    Except where necessary to process and fulfil your order, DIGI Print Online does not receive or store your complete payment card details. Information shared with DIGI Print Online is limited to that required for order processing, customer service, and delivery purposes.

    9. Shipping and Delivery

    Estimated production and delivery timeframes provided on the website are indicative only and are not guaranteed.

    While DIGI Print Online will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to production requirements, courier services, weather events, public holidays, peak trading periods, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

    Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery to the nominated delivery address.

    You are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided is accurate and complete. DIGI Print Online is not responsible for delays, additional delivery charges, loss, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by you.

    If a parcel is returned to DIGI Print Online due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.

    10. Product Appearance and Colour Variation

    Due to differences in monitor settings, screen calibration, lighting conditions, printing equipment, substrates, and production processes, the colours displayed on your screen may differ from the final printed product.

    Minor variations in colour, brightness, contrast, image positioning, trimming, scaling, or print finish are considered normal and do not constitute a defect.

    DIGI Print Online does not guarantee that printed colours will exactly match colours displayed on digital devices, previous orders, proofs, samples, or materials produced by third parties.

    Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, files, and specifications before placing an order.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIGI Print Online excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions not expressly stated in these Terms.

    Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law, DIGI Print Online' liability is limited, at its option, to:

    • Reprinting the affected Product;
    • Replacing the affected Product; or
    • Refunding the amount paid for the affected Product.

    DIGI Print Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of opportunity, or loss of data arising from or in connection with the use of our services or Products.

    Our total liability for any claim relating to an Order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Order.

    12. Australian Consumer Law

    Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

    Where goods or services supplied by DIGI Print Online are subject to consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to certain remedies if those guarantees are not met.

    Any limitation of liability contained in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law.

    13. Intellectual Property and Website Use

    All content displayed on the DIGI Print Online website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, software, website functionality, and other materials, remains the property of DIGI Print Online or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

    You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or otherwise exploit any website content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

    Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the DIGI Print Online website, branding, or intellectual property.

    14. Force Majeure

    DIGI Print Online will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, government action, labour disputes, transportation disruptions, power outages, supplier shortages, or failures of communication networks.

    Where a force majeure event occurs, DIGI Print Online may suspend performance of its obligations for the duration of the event without liability.

    15. Governing Law

    These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of the website, Products, or services provided by DIGI Print Online shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.

    You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
