For any further inquiries or clarifications, our team is always here to assist you.We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns must be sent via a trackable mail service to the nominated address.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged, defective, faulty, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled and fully refunded if cancellation is requested before the order has been processed. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to process and post the refund.
